- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher
- Current RN license in Wisconsin or multi-state license
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in emergency department
- Basic Life Support certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
