Folder Operator

Freedom Graphic Systems, a leading direct mail marketing provider, is seeking a skilled Folder Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment to cut and fold printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify job specifications and set up equipment according to instructions
• Operate 4 plate and 6 plate folders, as well as Tecnau and MBO cutters
• Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on precision and attention to detail
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving skills
