Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in the Albuquerque market. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing our ice machines to ensure they're running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, and install ice machines to meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the best solutions to resolve them.
  • Complete detailed service reports on jobs performed at each site, including digital photos and descriptions of issues, to help us improve our services in the future.
  • Purchase parts, supplies, and materials as needed to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles according to established policies and procedures.
  • Represent Easy Ice LLC in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, using ladders, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules, including overtime.

Requirements

  • EPA Universal certification (EPA 608)
  • At least 1 year of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including overtime
  • Ability to safely use ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Clean driving record, drug test, and background check required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, energetic, self-motivated, and reliable
