Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, you will oversee all facets of healthcare construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating project planning sessions and coordinating team and internal resources.
- Tracking project progress and adjusting work as necessary.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Conducting risk assessments and addressing issues as they arise.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and maintaining open communication.
- Ensuring projects adhere to deadlines and remain within budget.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare construction sector.
- Demonstrated experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, with expertise in AHCA, Hospital Construction, Ground-up Construction, Renovation, and Commercial Projects.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare construction landscape, including current trends and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
