Stylist Overview
As a Stylist at Lane Bryant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve:
  • Embracing our diverse and inclusive culture, and demonstrating Lane Selling behaviors to provide outstanding client experiences.
  • Contributing to the achievement of Company goals, including financial objectives, client experience, operational controls, asset protection, safety, and merchandise presentation.

  • Support and execute floor-sets; maintain visual brand standards.

  • Reports to work as scheduled; records all time worked accurately by using time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business.
  • All other duties as assigned by Store, District or Regional Leaders.

Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in specialty selling or retail. If you're technology proficient and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

Physical Demands
The position requires constant movement throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete floor sets, unpack and replenish stock, and complete other tasks. You'll frequently operate a computerized register system and adjust or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions. You may need to adjust or move objects weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available. You'll also retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level on a frequent basis, which may include climbing an 8-foot ladder.
