Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ownership of the division's entire profit and loss statement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights into the company's performance and profitability.
  • Develop key financial metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to guide strategic financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns and financial reports promptly.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a global company is preferred.
  • Prior public accounting experience is required.
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
