About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our practice in Minnesota.

This role offers a unique chance to be part of a cohesive team of healthcare professionals while enjoying a light on-call schedule and professional development opportunities.

Key Highlights:

  • Average 350 births/year, with an expected increase
  • Light 1:4 Call
  • Midwife Support
  • EMR EPIC system in place
  • 24/7 anesthesia support coverage

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • J1 or H1B candidates are welcome to apply

Compensation Package:

  • Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 - No wRVU's
  • Negotiable bonus structure
  • Full comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching at 6%
  • 10 weeks PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail provided
