  • Achieve monthly gross profit margins of 48% or higher.
  • Lead Level 10 Meetings to enhance team communication and performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Exceed customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee operations, administration, performance reporting, process optimization, and a customer-centric environment.
  • Develop and coach teams for consistently high performance and skill growth.
  • Uphold and embody the company's culture and foster strong team engagement.
  • Establish an appraisal system defining responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Train team members for success and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Adapt strategies, campaigns, and team performance based on metrics for optimal results.
  • Implement performance improvement plans following company procedures.
  • Maintain and enforce established standards.
