POSITION SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Craft Cocktail Specialist to enhance our beverage offerings.

As a Craft Cocktail Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create and serve a diverse array of high-quality cocktails, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and present a wide selection of premium cocktails, maintaining consistency and quality standards.
  • Innovate and develop unique cocktail recipes that reflect creativity and seasonal ingredients.
  • Stay informed about current beverage trends, ingredients, and preparation techniques to elevate our drink menu.
  • Provide attentive and engaging service to guests, offering personalized recommendations based on their tastes.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with top-shelf spirits, mixers, garnishes, and necessary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, glassware, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to create cocktail pairings that enhance the dining experience.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
  • Promote special beverages and seasonal cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Participate in training programs to share knowledge of mixology and beverage service with team members.
  • Contribute to promotional events and activities aimed at attracting guests to the bar.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Craft Cocktail Specialist or Bartender in an upscale environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation techniques.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for mixology, demonstrated through innovative cocktail creations.
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service and familiarity with local liquor regulations.
