Key Highlights:
- We offer a hybrid model with a split between 1:3 supervision and sitting own cases, providing a balance between teaching and autonomy.
- Our 1:15 first call ratio ensures that you have manageable responsibilities and ample time for personal activities.
- A daily Board Runner will assist with day-to-day operations, scheduling, chart review, and administrative tasks.
- A dedicated Float CRNA will be available to support you during anesthesia emergencies, breaks, and lunch breaks.
- We offer an attractive Annual Base Salary and an Annual Quality Performance Incentive, recognizing your contributions to our team.
- You will also receive a Generous Sign on/Commencement Bonus and a Comprehensive Benefits Package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, and retirement plans with matching contributions.
