Spa Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Massage Therapist to join our team at Grand Casino. As a Spa Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for administering professional spa services to guests, utilizing your knowledge of and providing services based on licensing and/or certifications held.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
• Deliver consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Manage time effectively, ensuring timely arrivals and departures for appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Spa protocols.
• Stay up-to-date on all services and products offered, providing accurate and detailed descriptions to guests.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
• React promptly to guest requests, complaints, or inquiries, reporting to a supervisor if needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).

• Massage Certification from an accredited Massage therapy program and/or an Active Minnesota Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Nail Technician Operators License.
• Previous spa experience preferred.
• Ability to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
