Job Summary:

The Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures, including fluoroscopy and interventional procedures, under the guidance of a radiologist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of radiologic principles and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiologic procedures, including fluoroscopy and interventional procedures, under the guidance of a radiologist
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and draping
  • Operate radiologic equipment, including fluoroscopy and interventional equipment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiologic principles and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography
  • Current state licensure in Radiography
  • 2+ years of experience in radiologic procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
