Job Summary

The Milk Depot Manager plays a critical role in the preparation and distribution of human milk, formulas, and nutritional unit doses. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of infection prevention processes and sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train technicians in the preparation and distribution of human milk and formulas
  • Manage Milk Depot inventory and ensure accurate tracking of supplies
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for infection prevention and sanitation
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nutrition Services to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
  • Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist certification
  • Dietetics/Nutritionist licensure in the State of Florida
  • At least five years' experience as a dietitian, with one year in a lead/supervisory role
  • Safe Serve Certification within six months of hire
