Job Summary

United & Empowered Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide full-time care for an intellectually disabled individual in their own home. As a Residential Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the individual's physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living skills such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Administer medications and accompany the individual to doctor appointments
  • Integrate the individual into the community through community events and outings
  • Document daily activities and progress
  • Receive tax-free reimbursement for care

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • First Aid/CPR Certification and Medication Management Certification a plus
