Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute work that requires independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and modifying standard techniques and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Principal, Associate, or Project Manager to finalize project scope and delivery schedules while understanding identified priorities.
  • In addition to project engineering duties, apply advanced practices and techniques, adjust and correlate data, identify discrepancies, and oversee projects through various phases including program, schematic, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review work, assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, studies, and system analyses.
  • Work efficiently and make informed decisions.
  • Evaluate the application of alternative equipment.
  • Review final adjustments of equipment and systems post-installation.
  • Engage with clients directly, except in sensitive matters.
  • Represent the firm in meetings, covering all trades, which may require follow-up actions.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Preferred candidates will possess a Professional Engineering License (P.E.) or be an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) working towards P.E. licensing. A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required.

Applicants should have a minimum of eight years of experience in leading project design within their discipline, along with advanced coursework, training programs, or seminars related to Engineering and Management.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $87,360 to $120,000 annually.
