Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Unload product from freight and prepare it for display on the sales floor
  • Restock merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Process transactions and handle customer returns
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
