Job Title: Relief Driver

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Relief Driver to join our team at Piggly Wiggly Midwest. As a Relief Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering products to our retail customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations, to transport and deliver products
  • Make an average of 2-3 stops per day; pallets can consist of all types of products
  • May include picking up backhauls as required
  • Maneuver the truck into the loading or unloading position
  • Electronic logging according to DOT regulations
Requirements:
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • DOT Certified
  • Ability to understand bill of lading
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
