Senior Sales Professional

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (base salary + substantial commission).
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers within the National territory.
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers across the US.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM program.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the construction process, extra low-voltage technologies, and IT services.
- Promote best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
- A high school diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in healthcare, construction, or technology, with a focus on senior living and hospital systems.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
