We specialize in providing pest control solutions for both residential and commercial clients, effectively eliminating and repelling outdoor nuisances such as mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, flies, ants, carpenter bees, hornets, and spiders. As a locally-owned franchise within the Neighborly family, we pride ourselves on our unique culture and camaraderie among staff.

Job Responsibilities
Our technicians are responsible for delivering outdoor pest control services to client properties. Exceptional customer service is a key focus. The primary duties include:

  • Conducting visual inspections and applying treatments for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests.
  • Clearly communicating service expectations and procedures to customers.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Keeping accurate chemical and operational records in compliance with state regulations.
  • Ensuring service vehicles are clean and organized.
  • Handling pesticides safely in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Completing pesticide certification as required.
  • Physically capable of walking customer properties while carrying equipment weighing over 60 lbs for extended periods in warm conditions.
  • Comfortable driving to various customer locations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Promoting the Mosquito Joe service to potential customers.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • A valid and current certification/license for commercial pesticide application as mandated by state law (candidates may qualify for certification during initial training).
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
