About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Total Wine & More. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • Direct customers to and through checkout lanes to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory levels, and communicate any issues or concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards, including the sales floor, stock room, and other areas of the store.
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably with cash handling and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
