Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Tendercare, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by providing personalized, one-on-one care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home care to patients, adhering to standards set by physicians.
  • Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.
  • Perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patients overall health.
  • Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed.
  • Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that meets the standards of state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Licensed and registered as an LPN.
  • CPR certified.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a fit-to-work physical.
