We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Stauffers of Kissel Hill. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced and presented to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Produce bakery goods to the highest standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet our company's expectations.
  • Clean and maintain the bakery area, including equipment, containers, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Operate equipment as needed, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Price and label merchandise accurately, using knowledge of current prices and product information.
  • Package and prepare merchandise for display, ensuring it meets our company's standards.
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Take inventory and examine merchandise regularly to identify items needing to be reordered or replenished.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular exposure to hot temperatures while working around kitchen equipment.
