Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team at our North America HQ location. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in driving the financial success of various business units by analyzing KPIs, providing insights on trends, and supporting leadership with strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, consolidate, and interpret financial data from multiple business units to support performance evaluation and reporting. * Analyze actuals, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, highlighting any key trends or variances that impact the overall business. * Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance, such as competitor benchmarking, cost analysis, and working capital management. * Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. * Monitor the progress of key business initiatives, providing assessments of risks, opportunities, and sensitivities. * Benchmark internal business units against external competitors to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantages. * Partner with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to improve financial performance. * Lead or participate in special projects, including business process improvement, M&A analysis, and financial benchmarking studies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting; CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. * 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or management reporting roles within the Manufacturing Industry. * Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and KPI analysis. * Working in SAP ERP System is a requirement for this role. * Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of reporting tools. * Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and provide meaningful insights from complex data. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. * Ability to work both independently and within a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
