Facility Maintenance Specialist

Engaging in the overall maintenance and care of facilities and grounds, addressing resident service requests, and preparing units for leasing in a timely manner.

Specific Duties May Include:
o Performing tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.

o Maintaining and cleaning the swimming pool by emptying skimmers, testing water chemistry, and keeping logs.


o Conducting minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuits, ensuring all routine lighting inspections are completed and replacing burnt-out bulbs as needed.

o Managing door locks, re-keying, and handling P.O. boxes and locks.


o Following the service process through to completion, inspecting work for adherence to specifications and standards, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Adjusting work methods to align with production schedules.
Assisting in the distribution of all company or community-issued notices (e.g., severe weather alerts, emergencies, etc.).
Inspecting market-ready units daily and communicating any required supplies or assistance needed for completion.
Participating in the enforcement of safety practices; upholding community policies; ensuring professionalism in achieving work objectives.
Fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintaining accurate records related to preventive maintenance, work orders, and other necessary documentation associated with the role.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
All other assigned responsibilities.

We are currently seeking candidates residing in Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma.
