Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate a Positive Team Environment: Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, and discipline; ensure execution of staff training programs and develop weekly schedules to meet business needs.
- Leadership and Motivation: Lead and influence staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs, assist with inventory and controlling expenses, and maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Experience: 1+ year supervisory or management experience in hospitality, preferably in theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants.
- Qualifications: Ability to pass a thorough background check, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred, and strong communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Professional, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others; positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility.
