Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000
- Health Insurance with a bi-weekly employee contribution of $48.86
- Comprehensive Dental and Vision Insurance
- Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage
- Generous Paid Time Off (23 days in the first year)
- 9.5 Paid Holidays annually
- Life Insurance coverage equal to 1x salary up to $50,000
- Retirement savings plan (403(b)) with a 2% employer match
- Annual uniform allowance of $75
- Supportive administrative staff
- No on-call duties or weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Work four or five 8-hour shifts per week
- Administer sealants and fluoride treatments to enhance dental health
- Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from patients' teeth
- Evaluate patients' oral health and communicate findings to the dental team
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania.
