Regional Account Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading technology and clinical education company in pediatric dentistry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join their team.

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
