Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts equipment setup and provides thorough training.
- Adheres to established patient assessment protocols.
- Identifies cardiopulmonary issues that may affect patient health.
- Performs evaluations, educates patients, and takes necessary follow-up actions.
- Conducts assessments of respiratory equipment.
- Ensures preventative maintenance during patient visits.
- Possesses knowledge of the use, safety, and potential hazards associated with respiratory equipment in home settings.
- Completes additional tasks as directed by the Respiratory Service Manager.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical or home care environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable attendance record.
COMPENSATION: Hourly Wage
