Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Community Health Care. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient care, education, and support to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities- Provide patient education and ensure accurate measurement and documentation of vital signs, height, weight, chief complaints, and vision and hearing screenings.
- Administer injections, including immunizations, TB screening, medications, and adverse reactions.
- Assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and rooming of patients to maintain patient flow and clinic productivity.
- Provide quality patient care, clerical support, and effective provider support to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse License and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
