Job Summary:

The Certified Medical Assistant will play a vital role in the healthcare team at Genesis Prime Care. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to healthcare providers, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic findings.
• Assist healthcare providers with clerical duties, such as preparing patients for exams and obtaining vital signs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as answering phones and managing schedules.

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a clinic setting, preferred.
