Crystal Springs Resort Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Crystal Springs Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional hospitality experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily beverage service with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily checklists and report any discrepancies to management
  • Communicate equipment maintenance and cleaning/sanitation issues with the Food and Beverage Director
  • Store bar and beverage service equipment and supplies properly
  • Promote a safe working environment and adhere to company sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Arrive on time and in proper uniform, and accurately clock in and out
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, managers, and guests
  • Prior experience with Micros POS system is a plus
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends is mandatory
  • Prior experience is required
