We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Zoi and Mind Clinics. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), writing Progress Reports, designing intervention/treatment plans, and providing Parent Training and field training to Behavior Interventionists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
  • Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans
  • Write Progress Reports and provide feedback to team members
  • Design and implement intervention/treatment plans
  • Provide Parent Training and field training to Behavior Interventionists
  • Participate in team meetings and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background clearance and TB test
  • Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
