Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families in the NICU, including attendance at high-risk deliveries and newborn resuscitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and advanced practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
• Work closely with the neonatology team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current APRN national specialty certification in Neonatal Nursing.
