Nurse Case Manager

As a Home Health RN with Interim HealthCare of New Hampshire, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with this role.

The RN Case Manager will be based out of our Portsmouth office and will service the Greater Seacoast community.

This nursing position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid weekly, paid holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time, 401K, health/dental/vision coverage, and free education courses.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid nursing license in the State of New Hampshire, nursing experience, and current CPR certification.

We offer a sign on bonus of $5,000 to RN Case Managers with two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week.
