Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Courtyard San Jose Cupertino. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
