Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in our Monroeville, PA office.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client and project relationships, including technical and financial aspects of projects, as well as business development. This role will involve working closely with Principals in the Civil/Site Practice to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, represent the company at conferences and project meetings, and mentor junior and mid-level staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client and project relationships, including technical and financial aspects of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Represent the company at conferences and project meetings
  • Mentor junior and mid-level staff
  • Work closely with Principals in the Civil/Site Practice
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant design and permitting experience, including earth disturbance and stormwater permits, and the municipal approval process
  • B.S./M.S. in engineering (civil or environmental) or related degree
  • P.E. preferred
  • Civil design and permitting experience related to layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion and sediment control
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and contribute to new opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills
