Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fundamental patient care under the supervision of nursing and medical personnel.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, preparing reports for Registered Nurses or other medical staff.
  • Measure and record vital signs and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Facilitate basic patient transport and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
  • Experience in Phlebotomy or completion of a Phlebotomy training program.
  • Progress towards an approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic (EMT-P) certification.
