Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Laundry Specialist to join our team at SLP Operations, LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laundry, cleaning, and vacuuming tasks as directed by management
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or sanitation issues
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees
- Capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Physical and sensory requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices)
