As an Insurance Field Inspector - Independent Contractor with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a critical role in helping our clients determine whether a risk meets their eligibility requirements. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, setting your own hours and work schedule to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify observable hazards and provide detailed reports to our clients.
- Use your analytical skills to evaluate the physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions of properties to determine potential risks.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Be an energetic and motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and schedule inspections efficiently.
- Be self-disciplined and organized, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet the technical requirements, including a Microsoft Windows-based PC, Google Chrome or Edge, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and a digital camera or smartphone.
