Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guests have a pleasurable dining experience by following the Eight Steps of Service.
  • Positive Public Relations: Practice positive public relations by ensuring our restaurant is welcoming and inclusive for all guests.
  • Guest Needs Awareness: Be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
  • Product Knowledge: Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Teamwork: Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
Operational Excellence
  • Product Specifications: Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Table Bussing Procedures: Follow the correct table bussing procedures.
  • Safe Work Practices: Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.
Cleanliness
  • Cleanliness Standards: Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Local Health Department Laws: Follow local health department laws.
