About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Promote our fitness programs and services to potential clients
  • Work closely with trainers to deliver high-quality workouts and ensure member satisfaction
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts to drive studio growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and its services
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
