About the Role:

Zoetis is seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Process Specialist to join our team in Metro Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing various aseptic filling procedures, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and maintaining a sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform aseptic filling procedures and ensure adherence to GMPs
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
  • Represent manufacturing in the introduction of new/modified aseptic equipment and processes
  • Partner with other sites to ensure best practices are followed
  • Conduct investigations and lead major investigations, including contamination, repeat deviations, and equipment failures
  • Develop and optimize new processes, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Contribute to scaling production processes and ensure the sustainability and scalability of all procedures

Requirements:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Immunology, or related technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience as an Aseptic Technician Lead level or above, in Manufacturing or Quality Operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across divisional boundaries
  • Strong technical/analytical skills and personal motivation
  • Preferred experience in biological antigen production systems, biological product formulation (blend/fill/lyophilization), packaging, and/or testing

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be able to work in environments with extreme temperature (hot/cold) & humidity, with limited lighting and in crowded spaces. Use of personal protective equipment is required.
