Assembly Technician

The Assembly Technician will work in a safe and organized environment, utilizing various manufacturing equipment and hand tools to build and attach parts, materials, and equipment to custom trailers according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow print requirements and instructions from supervisors
  • Use hand, air, and power tools, including drills, impact wrenches, and rivet guns
  • Interact with and support other Shop Associates and Subcontractors
  • Conduct daily housekeeping and organization in their designated area
  • Adhere to company policies, including attendance, smoking, breaks, and clean-up procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Carpentry skills
  • Tack welding knowledge
  • Overhead crane experience

Requirements:

  • Emotional intelligence and a positive attitude
  • Accountability for quality and timeliness of work
