Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with legal and sales teams to evaluate and negotiate cybersecurity clauses in customer proposals and contracts.
- Act as a subject matter expert for legal, sales, and other stakeholders regarding cybersecurity obligations and compliance standards relevant to our offerings.
- Oversee customer-specific contractual obligations, ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled and monitored across the organization.
- Engage in the rollout of a contract management system to capture and address cybersecurity compliance needs.
- Handle requests for security compliance documentation (e.g., SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, PCI, HITRUST, ISO 27001) for authorized clients.
- Support sales efforts by addressing customer inquiries related to cybersecurity controls for our products.
- Foster collaboration among various teams to effectively manage cybersecurity risks.
- Advocate for cybersecurity team requirements in the development of sales support initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related area.
- Alternatively, a master's degree with 4 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 18 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in aligning with established industry security frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 1 and SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, GDPR).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex cybersecurity issues to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Master's degree with 4 years of experience in a related discipline.
- Experience in finance, healthcare, or cloud security compliance.
- Certification in at least one of the following: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, which may vary based on location and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may be available through incentive programs.
