We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Canidae Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and shipment of products at our Brownwood, Texas manufacturing facility.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness against purchase orders and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Plant Controller to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and reports related to receiving and shipping functions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds, as well as standing for extended periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
