This role requires a registered dietitian with experience in LTC and electronic medical records (EMR). You'll be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluations, providing counseling to residents and their families, and participating in care conferences as needed.

**What We're Looking For**

Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be compliant with state and federal regulations. Experience with food-service management is a plus.
