**About the Job:**

We are seeking an experienced Long Term Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel nursing position in Fairmont, WV. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Acute Care setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
