As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to our clients, promoting a positive and supportive environment, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Services:
    • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients
    • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their wellness goals
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Studio Operations:
    • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe studio environment
    • Assist with the management of client schedules and appointments
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Assist with the promotion of our services and products to clients and potential clients
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology) preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness or wellness setting
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of stretching and mobility techniques and principles
    • Certification in a related field (e.g. personal training, massage therapy) preferred
