Job Title: Personal Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and certified Personal Training Specialist to join our team at Nelson Fitness 1440 Llc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise science and be able to create personalized training plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customized training plans for clients based on their fitness goals and needs.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and training sessions for clients.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm with clients.
  • Prospect new clients and assist existing members on the fitness floor.
  • Huddle with the Personal Training Director to discuss strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
Requirements:
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire clients is crucial.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per yearBenefits:
