Cloud Architect Lead

Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cloud solutions architecture practice, you will collaborate with our professional services team to assist customers in migrating to and utilizing Azure throughout their entire cloud adoption journey.

• Migrate applications to Azure, delivering comprehensive written assessments that include total cost of ownership models, application migration strategies, high-level project plans, and infrastructure designs.
• Play a hands-on role in implementation teams, defining and maintaining the overall technical vision for projects, creating detailed diagrams and configuration documentation, and educating customers on Azure services and cloud best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the cloud Solutions Architecture practice, assisting pre-sales teams with project scoping and estimations, contributing to process development, and providing project resources.

• A minimum of 8 years of diverse solutions architecture experience, with at least 3 years in public cloud.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) Certification.
• Hands-on experience with both lift-and-shift and greenfield migrations to Azure.
• Intermediate experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and containerization technologies.
